Donate items.

Donations may be dropped off each week on THURSDAYS from 10am-2pm.

Please bring donations to the front desk. To enter, please press the call button and walk up the steps to the first floor. Due to staff and space constraints, we are able to accept only one bag per donor. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Needed items include:

  • deodorant
  • women’s shorts
  • hand & bath towels
  • queen- & king-sized sheets

What items do guests need most right now?
We are accepting women’s and children’s summer clothing that is either new or clean and in good condition. Thank you for helping us serve our guests with dignity and respect by not bringing items that are worn, torn, stained, missing buttons, have broken zippers, etc. We accept only new socks and new underwear.

Do you accept household items?
Linens—towels, sheets, blankets, and comforters—are always needed. Please mark bedding with the size, if possible. Small kitchen appliances in good repair and pots & pans are helpful. Many of our guests walk or ride the bus, so small easy-to-carry items are most appreciated. Because we focus on meeting immediate needs, trinkets and home décor are not useful.

What about children’s items?
Due to safety regulations, we are unable to accept car seats. Please call ahead if you have larger baby items you wish to donate. Please: no toys, stuffed animals, puzzles, or books at this time. Please only new bottles, sippy cups, and pacifiers.

Do you accept food?
Because we are not a food pantry, we do not accept donations of food.

Why do you accept donations only one time each month? And why can we only bring one bag at a time?
We have been amazed and overwhelmed by the generosity of our community! We have a reduced number of staff and volunteers to help us sort and stock items (to help, please click on the “Volunteer” tab!). We have a limited amount of storage space and are not able to save items for different seasons.

Thank you for helping us to serve our guests with dignity and respect.
